Cancellation Policy

To cancel services, clients must give at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing date.

Cancellations must be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp and confirmed by Stratus Media.

If the 7-day notice is not provided, the next month’s debit order will still be processed. Cancelation is posable anytime after the first 6 months

Services will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
